We had brunch at Haven this time. Have already eaten there several times for dinner. The brunch menu had a lot of options, and our choices (Jonah Crab Cake and The Dresden Omelette) were delicious. Great service too.
Food and service are fantastic and not expensive.
Every meal here is always memorable. The food is of the highest quality and feels like you’re eating fresh picked veggies from the garden. Not only that, but the way they are prepared is always to perfection. We are very discriminating food enthusiasts and are never disappointed. The experience is always a pleasure!
Very pleasant neighborhood bistro with good food and nice wine list
It was very good. The only weird thing was my boyfriend order all ala carte items so instead of putting them on one plate (eggs, bacon, sausage, English muffin, potatoes) they brought him five separate plates so they sort of took over the table.
Unfortunately, the power on the block where the restaraunt is located went out shortly after we ordered, so we were limited to appetizers, salad, bread, wine and dessert. Service was excellent. Food was very good, especially grilled artichoke salad and yellow tomato gizpacho. Potato haystack appetizer was good, but too much for 2. Wine list is extensive and great. The two seafood dishes were good, but nothing that would cause us to come back to have them again. There was no NZ SauvBlanc, so we took the waiter's suggestion and had a CA SauvBlanc, Pezzi King. Far, far too sweet to be comparable to any NZ version. Nice place if you are going to GA Shakespeare, but not destination restaurant.
Love this restaurant. One of my favorites in the city.
We took our guests to Haven as they really enjoyed the food during their previous visit. We were very pleased to know that our waiter was Gordon, who has always been our favorite waiter. As usual, he did an excellent job waiting on our table, and we had a wonderful dining experience.
