Best restaurant in Atlanta. The food is so creative and wonderful! Each bite filled with fresh flavor! Delightful experience.
it was my first time there. the general manager was very nice and came to my table to shake hands, having been informed that there was an Italian person with the same name (Guido, he is an Italian as well). the noise level was really too high for me; the food and the wines were good, but there are better places to me in the Buckhead area. It is also true that at Haven I paid 50% of what I paid the next days in 2 of these nicer to me places
Juxtaposed with our first visit there was something too be desired on this visit....
Overall, the service was excellent, with the exception that the staff did not wait until everyone had finished their courses before taking away plates from those who had. Even though we had explained that we had theater tickets and we did finish in time, the staff still could have waited. We really like this restaurant so it is a shame that this one misstep colored our overall experience.
I came across Haven in a local Atlanta mag and had been dying to try it, so I took 2 of my girlfriends one Sunday afternoon and treated them to brunch. Haven is definitely one of my go to spots now.
Tried it out for brunch. The grits were amazing but my omelet wasn't that impressive.
Limited wine list but food is very well presented and tasty. I had the special appetizer of soft shell crab, lightly sauteed in a nice light sauce. Delicious! My friend's chicken entree did not look fully cooked through (I saw red as she cut into her chicken) but my scallop entree was very tasty, beautifully presented and not too thick with sauce. Friends in town to run the Peachtree Roadrace had not been to Haven and loved it because of the comfortable ambiance and ability to hold conversation, attentive service and excellent dinner which created a wonderful evening for our table of four at a very reasonable price.
