I was pleasantly surprised to find such a professional and courteous crew. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the time I entered the office. I received a genuine greeting from Junko. I was politely interviewed, x-rayed, photographed and prepped by Jenna. I was thoroughly examined by Cheryl [the hygienest] and Dr. Okabe. I am looking forward to my next visit and am comfortable referring anyone, including my family to Okabe Dental Arts.
I came in for my teeth cleaning and the service was great. I was told which areas had more plaque so that I could concentrate where to brush as well as what I was doing well.Dr. Okabe was great as always as he inspected my teeth. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated well and feel cared for.
It's been a while since my last visit. My visit was professional, and staff was very courteous and compassionate.I've known Dr. Okabe for over 30 years, he's the only one whom I trust for my care.I'll be back for follow-on visits and care.
Mahalo for the care and concern you and your staff have shown since my first appointment yesterday, 15 Sep 12. I knew I needed to take care of one of my teeth due to it being cracked. I wasn't expecting to start a root canal but, with absolute amazement it was completed in no time painless to say the least and I was able to play music last night at my girlfriend's party. After not visiting the dentist for well over a year, I had a great visit with Dr. Okabe and his staff. They are very personable, professional, competent, and make you feel comfortable during your entire visit. They make going to the dentist about as pleasurable as can be.
Had a dentist appointment like no other today. Comfy blanket, relaxation chews called NuCalm, a brain wave regulator, and noise cancelling headphones complete with soothing music - and that was just for a cleaning! Anxiety gets the best of me once I'm in the dentist's chair - so thanks to Dr. Okabe I can finally RELAX while getting some much needed work done! Dr. Okabe and his staff are top notch. Upon my arrival I was taken into a dental operating room and made comfortable. Dr. Okabe was soon at my side giving me anesthetic. The result was that I had no pain during the drilling that was required to remove the three crowns that had served me for 55 years, but now had some decay under them. I was soon on my way home to await the new crowns, which will ready in about two weeks.
Excellent and quick. I love visiting Dr Okabe's office and his wonderful staff. He explained our top priorities and look forward to taking care of them as soon as possible.
My teeth are important to me, why would I trust them to anything less than excellent? Thank you doctor Okabe!
