The rooms are very clean and spacious, much better than most housing here in Oxford. Customer service is extremely great and helpful. They always provide me the best and fastest help no matter what time it is in the day. Strongly recommended!!!

I just recently moved into a 2 bed unit here and the staff has been super helpful throughout the whole process! I look forward to taking advantage of the many amenities offered here Plus they're pet friendly!! Huge bonus!
It's a very nice community apartment. The apartment is pretty new and has a nice swimming pool along with a hot tub. The bedroom is a little small if you have many belongings with you. Near the post office is pretty covient.
The amenities here are great: business center with free printing, package acceptance at the office, gym, and pool. The rooms are very nice, clean, and updated. The walls are very thin, but I have had fairly quiet neighbors. The one-bedroom is fairly small, but is enough space for just one person. The complex is well lit at night and feels safe. The rent for the one-bedroom is expensive, but I have loved my time here.
Thus far, my experience has been pretty nice. My one complaint is that the walls and ceilings are VERY thin, so I can hear nearly everything said by my neighbors.
Edit: Recently Hawks switched Internet providers and additionally the way Wifi is handled in the units. There are no longer wired internet connection in the units, opting for building wide signals which have been slow and unreliable. The internet in my building also keeps going out, so in the past month I've been without internet in my unit for about a week total. I currently live in Hawks Landing for my sophomore year. So far I have been a huge fan. The interior of the apartment is very clean and has served as an enjoyable place to live. Kitchen appliances work well, furnishings were in good condition. I get a lot of use out of the gym on property, which has good quality equipment. All in all, a great experience and would recommend, especially for the price!
My daughter lived at Hawks Landing for two years and was happy for the second year due to being able to choose her roommates. They received most of their security deposit back so please take pictures before you move in. It had been remodeled so it was nice. She also used the gym equipment and the printer but never the tennis court or the pool.
