The good - the hotel was very clean, modern and seemed new. Easy to walk to the Landing and downtown. The not-so-good - front desk checkin was lackluster; we weren't even really welcomed more of a nonchalant "how can I help you" as though the gentleman didn't care if we were there or not. The lighting in the bathroom vanity was terrible - good luck applying makeup ladies! The shower faucet arm wouldn't stay put and shot water all over except on us. We loved everything except no access to the pool for our two day stay! We were very dis-appointed as we booked knowing there was 2 pools. We would of not chose this hotel. Otherwise it was a very lovely hotel . We had great service from Kaitlyn in the bar and Ned the manager . Thanks.

The only dislike is the variety of breakfast food served. I am really not complaining . Food was free and convenient. However, the meat selections could be better. Not all guest desires spicy sausage patty or sausage. Stay basic with the patty and give daily option of bacon. Would look to had potatoes for breakfast.
