Great view. Staff okay. Didnt have our room ready so we had to wait 2 hours. Said theyd call when room was ready. They didnt.

I recently stayed here on a solo trip, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The suite was huge, spotless, beautifully designed, and so cozy — everything felt fresh, modern, and relaxing. It had that “just right” balance of comfort and style that makes you feel at home away from home. The customer service was outstanding! When we checked in they identified us as Hilton Honors members by my phone number and didn’t ask for a credit card. The room was very nice. On the second day that we were there I received an email requesting my phone number and credit card number (the grammar was terrible and I thought it was a scam) later I got a call that I had to come to the front desk right away and give them my credit card.
