The woman at the front office wasn’t very friendly when we checked in, and not helpful at all. I had called a couple of times earlier and she immediately pur me on hold both times She assigned me a room on 1st floor. I couldn’t find the room so had to go back and ask her again where it was and her directions on how to get to the room were inaccurate. I still couldn’t find the room so I asked the daytime bartender how to get to my room. She was very friendly and showed me where to find the room. My friend and I had late nite ... read more

Check in was rough…when we went to our room there was someone else’s luggage already in it! The front desk employee was very apologetic and did get us moved to a different room!
