Not so great: 4 AM Thursday LOUD dumpster service right outside my bedroom window. No advance notice of mandatory $10/night incidentals deposit, at check in. No decaf coffee available in lobby in evenings.

First time staying at Tru. Really like the setup

We found a ball of not our hair on the underside of the fitted sheet and are hoping it was just leftover from the laundry. Part of wallpaper or wall was loose in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre.

Chose this hotel bc it's super close to my daughter's home. It was clean, in a safe area & staff was very nice. Did NOT like the free breakfast. Weird, gross "pieces" of bacon, eggs weren't good. Absolutely no pastry options. Could do so much better!
