Travelocity needs to ask for both names to be included in the room. The room was under my name (husband), and when my wife went to check in, she was told she could not check in because her name was not on the room. This is unacceptable. She had all kinds of proof with both names on it. Thus, she couldn't get into the room until hours later when I was present. Frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we got a good rate. The free breakfast was good. The only negative parts we had was the bed was box spring and hard, the shower was old and took a min to get going. The shower also doesnt close all the way so half of it is open so make sure to put a towel on the floor.
