Everything was pretty good. There was miscommunication from the front desk about the breakfast pricing.

The property was in a great location, which was the best thing about the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. The pool was very small and not very clean and was disappointed. I couldn’t use it. The shower handle was broke along with the toilet seat was very loose. It was nice that they had complementary coffee in the lobby, but did not have half-and-half due to supply issues. The staff was helpful and offered me a bottle of milk.

Everything was excellent. This is the perfect place to stay their breakfasts are excellent the people friendly the place was immaculate 100%

Super clean, well-kept and family-friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful, particularly Johnna who works the continental breakfasts twice a week. The pool wasn't overly large, but it was clean and warm, and we had it to ourselves all three times we swam. Location is great - near gas stations and dozens of restaurants. 10 min from the zoo, too! Pay a small upcharge for a room with a water view of the Pracht Wetland directly behind the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
