After some initial AC issues with our room, we had no other issues. The staff was accommodating and addressed our concerns directly and took immediate steps towards rectifying them. I was very impressed with the staff and would stay at the promenade again in the future. Nice location as well. Very convenient.

the whole company had an outage of some sort the day we checked in and they were offline, the staff was still able to get us checked in manually and they were super helpful and communicative the whole time.

Stayed the night so I could watch a Dodgers' spring training game. The venue was close to Camelback Ranch, so getting there from the hotel was a breeze. The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff got me checked-in quickly. The A/C in the room was heavenly given my was over 101° when I was there. The complimentary breakfast was good and met my needs. There are several good spots to eat for lunch and dinner, too. Bottom line, I recommend this spot if you're in Goodyear, AZ.

The overall condition of the hotel was very good. Rooms and other areas were fine. The problem was the pool. Extremely dirty. Clearly had not been cleaned in sometime. Very disappointing. Was there with my son and was looking forward to using the pool. Dirty condition made this impossible.
