My appointment was at 1:45 pm and I was called promptly. Way before my scheduled time. This was a blessing because it was Friday, my day off, and I had more free time to do things I wanted to do 🌸Â

These reviews are a joke. Ive been injured past few months and all I got was crutches and a boot and medication not suitable for the severity of my injury. Doctors requests being denied from insurance and receptionist hanging up the phone on patients and leaving them on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. Ive experienced rude receptionist and them some. So whoever left these positive reviews may be from their own experience when dealing with their own kind but from my experience this place is a joke. Terrible front office staff. They hang up thr ohone when you call. They put you on 15 minute holds. Rude. Obnoxious. Doctors play god like they know everything. They dont treat you will pain mens when you absolutely are in pain. It was a terrible experience. And im a person of color. I can only assume that all of the positive reviews are from patients that are Mexican just like the front office staff. So dont be fooled. These young girls are evil. Trust. Absolutely terrible clinic. The whole front receptionist staff of Mexicans needs to be fired. They are unprofessional, they laugh in your face, got bad attitudes, they put you on 15 minute holds they hang up the phone on you they are arrogant the process is slow. Adjusters deny everything. Employees suffer. Doctors guess and assume and judge you. And you won't get better. Its been almost three months and im no better. This is a injured workers meat market where you just become a number to serve.Â
Doctor raised his voice for just simply me letting him know what I’m going through with my injury. Very uncalled for.Â
I really like my Dr. I like the way he takes time to hear my problems and helps me deal with them.Â
