I got to my appointment about 30 minutes before my appointment time and have not called my appointment was at 4:15 pm the time now is 4:23 pm 😕 . Others that came about 15 minutes after me were called in before me .Â
The wait time was horrible and the front desk staff were not friendly.Â
Listening to the patient’s needs…don’t go hands on to fastÂ
For your drs to be more informative and act like they don’t know what they are doing. To actually be hands on with the patient and really look at them. For your nurse staff to actually know how to use and explain how to put on braces. When you have a staff that doesn’t seem to know what they are doing makes me uneasy if I am actually getting the right care.Â

Very please this last time, everything was on time, like a say before personal very professional.. this is my 4 time getting send to Healthpointe for physical therapy..Â
I arrived at 11:30am. I was there until 2:30pm.Â
