I had a 1:30 pm appointment with my doctor over the phone. And it's already 5:03 pm and still waiting on my phone appointment. I know the doctor gets tied up but I wanna make sure I don't get forgotten like the last 2 times and missed out on my medication. My doctor is very nice and understanding.Â
Confirmation on appointment same day, couple hours before then walk in for appointment, was told appointment had been cancelled. Had to speak to management to be seen.Â
Appointment was canceled by HealthPointe in Temecula. Change of doctor. Thank you.Â
