I was not notified that Dr. Berman was not going to be present for his appointments on July 24th. My appointment was at 10:15 AM in Colton and I had to drive with my family out there from Corona. It was very unprofessional and unproductive use of my time.
My appointment was for 1:00 and I wasn’t pulled in until 1:40 stood there until 4:00 pm was in a room waiting for a dr to come in and I feel they forgot all about me ! I never been to a clinic where they took this long to see a patient
The Doctor asked for a Mri when my coughing was the cause from inhaling carbon monoxide just took blood pressure and released me the nurse saw how I loose my breath like azma
Had a 1:00pm appointment. The wait was a bit long. approximately 40 to 45 minutes, however the doctor and staff was very apologetic. Visit with doctor was good.
I was scheduled for a post-op visit. Due to unforeseen occurrences my doctor was not present. I was concerned that i would be rescheduled. But to my surprise i was seen by another physician. The entire visit was less than 40 minutes. After surgery the last place anyone wants to be is waiting for a long time to see there doctor. GREAT WORK.

First of all I was taken back and noticed I was in another physician’s area- not the one I was scheduled with- as I pointed it out, the young lady who brought me back kept pointing to that physician’s name on my chart- which was incorrect. I was taken back to the waiting room and told to sit down. I then overheard the front desk staff laughing about it. Then I was finally taken back to the correct physician over an hour after my appointment time.
