My appointment was changed due to unforeseen Dr circumstances-no problem. Stuff happens. I called to speak with girl on phone and she failed to apologize for inconvenience in schedule change or anything close to that. Almost made it sound like I wrote it down wrong. I had to ask if this was a reschedule and she said yes. She needs better communication skills
