Great and Patient
Always takes about 45min after appointment time to get called back
excellent staff and wonderful doctor.
On time scheduling. Great friendly hardworking nurses and office staff. Very knowledgeable doctors
Your doctors need to be on time. This is the third time I’ve waited two hours to get into a room. Last two times it’s been almost 3.5 hours for an appointment. The time spent in the examination room this time was better. I have a two hour drive to and another two hour drive to get back home. Add that to a three to four hour visit. Thats a wasted day. Just a weird thing at the end, after the appointment, where I followed the instruction “have a seat and we’ll call you.” ...45 minutes later I guess they meant a *phone* call. Terrible reception in the lobby, so call never came through. But I was literally ten feet away. Couldn’t you just call *out* to me, old-fashioned like?
Avoid this clinic at all costs! This clinic does not care about you or your time. First visit waited for over 2 hours passed my appointment time in the lobby just to see a doctor for 20 minutes. Second visit wasn’t much better either, staff just says doctor is backed up. Why do you make so many appointments if the clinic can not handle it? Appointment at 3:15 and they say “no idea when doctor will be ready”. Front staff told me they will update in 15 minutes to give me a time frame when I will see the doc.
