My doctor is Dr. Mauro. I have been to at least 4 or 5 of your facility's. The staff has always treated me fairly and with respect. I believe Dr. Mauro has done all that he has been able to do in respect of the tools he has to work with. It specialty to navigate through the workman's comp system. He is still working on a way to relieve the pain to a old man's injured back. Prayers and god bless Health Point and all those who are part of the system.
The staff in the front and doctors windows get you in and proccessed in a quick and timely manner.Facility is always clean and I didn't have to wait a long time to see the Doctor..My visit was Very Good.

Dear Healthpointe: The reception staff on the first and second floors are always courteous and caring. The clinicians and doctors Nick; Sheila; Lopez; and Balk , are exceptional. They are skilled and knowledgeable. They have helped me comprehend my injuries and the associated pain, while offering constructive guidance on how to best cope with these agonies.
