Dear Healthpointe: The reception staff on the first and second floors are always courteous and caring. The clinicians and doctors Nick; Sheila; Lopez; and Balk , are exceptional. They are skilled and knowledgeable. They have helped me comprehend my injuries and the associated pain, while offering constructive guidance on how to best cope with these agonies. This place is awesome! Dr.Nick and Dr. Chu are to the point and help you understand what you have and explain what and why you are going through your issues. They are very professional and know what they are doing and remember who you are. The staff is very friendly and professional and make sure your paperwork is in order.
