I was satisfied with all that was applied to my visit. Very professional and politeness from everyone.
Therapy people upstairs are great, doctors great as well. People from downstairs reception is not so well always seem mad they need better customer service. Other than that everything super clean.
every thing was as expected
Everyone was pleasant and answered any questions I may have had. It began on time which doesn’t seem to happen very often at other appointments. Dr Allen made me feel comfortable and at ease during my evaluation.

My doctor is Dr. Mauro. I have been to at least 4 or 5 of your facility's. The staff has always treated me fairly and with respect. I believe Dr. Mauro has done all that he has been able to do in respect of the tools he has to work with. It specialty to navigate through the workman's comp system. He is still working on a way to relieve the pain to a old man's injured back. Prayers and god bless Health Point and all those who are part of the system.
The staff in the front and doctors windows get you in and proccessed in a quick and timely manner.Facility is always clean and I didn't have to wait a long time to see the Doctor..My visit was Very Good.
