Everyone nice. They are quick to call you back. Better experience than at other medical facilities. They act like they care!
I had an anxiety episode in the waiting room I was helped quickly before it turned into a full blown anxiety attack that would have taken a long time to overcome. The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated that. It’s embarrassing but from what I can remember I was in great hands from the moment I knew I was in trouble

Dr. Jeremy Porter is honestly the best pediatrician in the Hot Springs area. He cares and listens to the child and parent. He is genuinely compassionate and take the time to make a real connection- he's a true credit to the Healthy Connections family!

Excellent care. So glad I decided to go see Eric Webb.
We really like Eric Webb & are sorry we did not get him 1st because we are both still suffering a lot from the treatment we received from the 1st nurse practitioner we were assigned to & are glad she is no longer there. Like I said we think Eric is very good to have for our care now.
