Ya'll have been really great and do a really great job on what Ya'll do. I like Michelle Reynolds really well and appreciate what she does.

THIS IS A TEST SINCE THEY DELETED MY 1 STAR REVIEW! I wish I could rate zero stars for this office. But when a medical professional (your “PCP”) is not educated on the ADA and refuses to document your disability accommodation form for your place of work (he was caught up in that fact that my “service dog was not registered” and when I told him forget the dog, he refused), I cannot in good faith recommend them. I can never seem to gain access to my PCP, Jennifer Scott. Seems, that, since my I still consult with her, she never has time to see me anytime I visit her office. To me, this defeats the whole purpose of HAVING a Primary Care Physician. Instead, I'm constantly being screened by her receptionist, whom I always end up having to leave notes for Jennifer, that state the purpose of my visit. I wish I would rate Evolve Behavioral Health 5 stars, because they have been the BEST through all of this.
