Service was great!!
Kevin just came out and did a full inspection of our furnace and duct work. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, thoroughly answer my questions, and provide a range of recommendations. He was personable, honest, courteous and professional. I am glad to recommend Healthy Home Heating & Air and his services, and look forward to working with them again. Their concern for relationships and quality work was clearly evident. Thank you.
Good customer service, friendly and reasonable. The lady in the office kept me in the loop as to when Jack would arrive. He actually showed up a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem, explaining the repair to me in everyday terms, replaced the part, checked out my system and left. Very good customer service.
Kevin is very knowledgeable and courteous. He brought the part in the house and explained how it worked, then installed it. Got me the best price he could. He also gave some suggestions about a gas log project I have here which was an extra help. I will be switching to HHH&A when my contract with my present company is over.
The service tech who came out was very courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, informative, and local.
We chose Healthy Home over the company that our home warranty wanted us to use. Very professional and caring. The owner, techs, office gals....all of them were great! Highly recommended!
We had many questions and Kevin took the time to answer all of them!! ..he did an awesome job and we plan on using them again.
The communication and follow through was excellent. The project manager (not sure of the correct title) keep me in the loop on scheduling and when the techican was coming. It is hard to rate the value since there is no benchmark to measure cost comparisons.
Kevin was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
