I contacted them to give an estimate for our church air conditioning and got same day service. They also did work for two families from our church and everyone was very pleased. We are happy to work with an honest, Christian family owned and run business!
Very prompt responses from company, quickly scheduled and confirmed visit (next morning), identified issue almost immediately and resolved quickly. The technician was very professional, upfront and insightful. This is how a service business should be run.

The guy that showed up at my home was very nice. He may have spent 30mins checking out my 2 A/C units. I felt like there wasn't enough time spent evaluating the A/C units. When I asked questions, he told me the unit age and that they were operating just fine. I am finding it hard to provide a balanced "OverAll Rating" It just seemed so quick "In & Out"!!
Tech came out on time and not only explained the process, services, and pricing but allowed me to inspect the old rusty part. This added additional piece of mind. I also signed up for their bi-annual maintenance program and was able to save additional $$. Trust and good customer service still go a long way and I will certainly recommend this company to neighbors and use again in the future.
Their reply to my request and scheduling the appointment were very fast and smooth. The service technician showed up on time, was informative and friendly, found the problem quickly and solved it in a cost effevtive way. In my experience, some companies could be a little pushy and deceptive. I didn't sense that with this company. I appreciated their work and highly recommend them.
Healthy Home Heating called me promptly and explained thier services completely. The office staff was so kind and helpful. I was able to set up an appointment for just 1 day later, which was perfect! Kevin came to our house right on time and let me just say, he is fantastic! He gave me so much information and was sooooo helpful! I have full faith and trust in him and I actually look forward to seeing him in 6 months for my air conditioning check up!
