If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely worst office staff I’ve ever come in contact with. I’ve never been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The providers and back office staff are attentive and courteous but the front office, scheduling, billing and referral staff should take some time to hear how patients perceive them. Worst office experience ever! Didn't even get to see doctor before horrible service made me leave. They really need read through patients paperwork before arguing with them. Do yourself a favor, and find an office that cares, not this one.
This is the worst facility ever they take no time to check you there always 45 minutes behind they have no respect for you dr. Monroe is an arrogant asshole!!! Been in pain for 17 years and just assumed that I'm detoxing with no evidence no medical evidence no medical practicing he is a fucking incompetent retard even when presented with proof he still refuted it and act like a pompous ass I was right and he was wrong and he still wouldn't admit it and there was proof
The office is incompetent! I was a new patient to their practice and made an appointment to see Dr. Martin who is a D.O. I was referred by a friend and she had very positive things to say about the office BUT unfortunately I do not have the same opinion. When I made the appointment I was very specific about who the appointment was to be with and I had to wait over 1 month to see her and when I get to the exam room I find out that they had me scheduled with their PA named Jeremy.
