Geo fence needs work. it is easy to use.
app is slow, misses too many employee punches, will not load, did I mention slow
never loads and is always giving me errors
How are both the app and website absolutely trash?! Every time I try to log in either, I can't, or it doesn't show my account. If I do get in, I can't look at anything except clock in, clock out, and timesheets. Can look at W-2 forms, can't look at paychecks, and can't look at anything else! 🤦🏾♂️
Horrible.
I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I need to use it. When I log in it says fetching my information and I get the circle that spins and doesn't load. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. It still does it.
Can't login to my account
It works great if you're an admin. But employees can't log in, can't access pay stubs, can't edit any info, and can't clock in/out, so have to text their clock in & out times to supervisors. As if they don't have anything better to do. Everything Heartland is so much more complicated than it should be. And the app doesn't even work.
I can log in through the web but the app is taking too load and won't let me go all the way through. I like having an app because it makes it easier to have my information handy when I need it. It's too much work going through the web.
