I'm trying to my account back on track but the message keeps coming up saying No user data found . Please use a valid Heartland payroll +Login it have me doing the same thing over and over and over this is no good of helping you all need to get better it's horrible and I can't clock in or out my account is in your pay roll I'm under assisted Living Management look it up you'll see it there Manager
They forced me to get one star from me. Absolutely waist time with this app.
The new employee's are having a difficult time just trying to make there account. How do they get access just to login??
It's the worse payroll app I ever encounter..I can never log in always say my password is wrong..and I know I haven't changed..it won't even let me change password..I hate this app
app absolutely sucks. logging in never works both on the app or on a computer. information is extremely hard to find. app is not intuitive at all.
Trash app. Doesn't work. You can't download anything and system locks up all the time. Don't waste your time. Ask your employer to switch payroll companies
Buddy Punch is a much better app than this and doesn't keep crashing
the time stamps on my punches are not always correct and half the time the punches don't go through so it looks like I'm not clocked in.
alot of problems like it took 3 day for them to fix my app and the thing that where working don't work now that the thing I need work
