I cannot download my paychecks on this app.
Recently I was signed off the mobile app and upon trying to log back in the space where you enter your password would not accept alpha letters in the box. I can type numbers and symbols but not alpha characters, which is extremely frustrating as my password inculdes alpha characters. I followed the instructions given by my HR dept and uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone. Nothing. I cannot even select "forgot my password" because again it wont allow me to type alpha characters. Beyond useless
doesn't even work half the time and when it does it logs you out, forces you to authenticate again, then will log you out randomly and force you to restart it all over again

I dont have the option to look at my paystubs
Takes minutes to load. keeps asking for a code every time i open it.
this app will not let me download my paycheck stubs
The app sometimes lags a bit, and if you're not careful to check, your punch might not go through. Also, since the recent update, not all the options from the menu are available, at least not to me. I like the convenience of the app and the simplicity of having the ability to clock in and out as needed.
