Heartland restaurant makes transactions easy Overall, I’d say it’s a good system and reliable when it’s not rebooting PROS It works well for pos system easy to install. CONS It glitches. I’ve had issues sometimes with the system restarting in the middle of a transaction REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO HEARTLAND RESTAURANT Needed a more sophisticated system for multiple orders. Remote instructions for food orders PROS I love using Heartland app for execution of customer orders. I can instruct kitchen right from the dinning area without having to physically go there.
