Heartland for small business Heartland was good for all of our needs. We only switched when we went corporate and had to because our company is now using the same as the other corporate hospitals. PROS The customer service was really good and they were very responsive. I never had to wait to hear back and any issues were resolved quickly. CONS I did not have a bad experience.There was no negatives at the time of us using heartland, and we would not have switched unless we had to.
