Dr. Nolen has no bedside manners nor grace or empathy when it talking to her patients whatsoever. She entered the room, without knocking, and didn’t even introduce herself. Just told me to put my legs up and scoot my butt down. Mind you this was the first time we had ever met. Did not like the doctor I seen today I felt like she didn't care about what was actually going on with me and when I told her about work it's like she didn't even care. Honestly felt like I was speaking to my boss than to someone else and the next time she is there and they try to sit me with her I will not let it HAPPEN.

NOT ASD FRIENDLY. Went to this clinic for the first time 2 weeks ago, I am an autistic adult who struggles with new places and new people so naturally my mom came with me for my first visit. This is 9 years I’ve been using Heartland and they just take care of you as a person and not just another patient!
I was given a piece of paper with all of my appointments before and after surgery. I asked the staff up front if the last one on the paper was my follow-up after surgery. She replied yes and to report there again, which was in Marion.
My gyn doctor has retired a couple of years ago and we honestly tried several times through this covid issue that we never got a return call from the Carbondale office so my mom and I gave up on them and reluctantly decided to try Marion and we found your office. We however do not ever want to be recommended to Marion Hospital, I know of only one nurse in the Surgical area of Marion Hospital but that doesn't matter I still do not like Marion Hospital
Dr Nolan is super nice expecially after dealing with an ob from the mount Vernon office that was very unhelpful and rude.
