My apt was at 9:45 I didn’t leave until 12. I love Tressie but I hate that you don’t have an office in Metropolis anymore.
Liked Dr Nolan but the communication from the office is terrible. My appts kept getting messed up.
One of the front desk staff was very rude to my daughter. She threw my daughter into a panic attack, the other front desk staff member came out to the waiting area to help calm my daughter down.

Lady at desk was rude no people skills.. Doc and nurse was awesome.
