I've had been to here for three kids and GYN appointments. They are fantastic
I'm not sure if it's just my pregnancy or if it's just the staff I'm just not liking my visits

Please make sure you check pregnant patients cervix when you’re supposed and don’t flat out tell a patient they could lose their baby!! If you guys would do the tests when you’re supposed to you wouldn’t have patients being upset and then having to go to a high risk doctor! I’m okay now because the high risk doctors are way more thorough with me!! Also always felt rushed in the office.

Multiple scheduled appointments had been canceled on me a short time before my anticipated attendance. The time spent in the waiting room often exceeds the time carved out for the entirety of an appointment. The front desk staff catch a lot of slack from the negligence of time management pertaining to the office staff. Therefore, the front desk staff are frequently hostile, or tempered, when approached. This was my fourth appointment and as usual, the restroom patients use to provide urine samples was horrid -- urine splattered on the toilet seat and floor. I expect a medical facility to be clean, and someone needs to clean the toilet more. The receptionist is unapproachable, so I have never told her about the disgusting bathroom we have to use at each appointment. Dr. Rubenacker is absolutely wonderful though!
I just don't like my visits and not sure where else to go

It has to do with the fact that every time I turn around, they reschedule the ultrasound times no one notifies me and then by the time we get back there, there is such a hurry that they do such a horrible job. Yesterday was supposed to be one of my last ones and it was so sped through that. I didn't even get to enjoy the experience
