My appointment was at 10 am for an ultrasound and 10:15 with the provider. I arrived at 9:50 am and was checked in. I sat for 20 minutes before the front desk told me “you can’t get your ultrasound until you give a urine sample”, which would have been helpful to know right when I arrived. I proceeded to sit in the lobby for about an hour and 20 minutes before getting my 5 minute ultrasound and saw a provider (which was not even who I requested to see). No one told me my 4d ultrasound was cancelled. Not even when I checked in for my appointment. My OB had to tell me when I asked her during my appointment.

Not stating facts, mainly just opinions. As a dr you should state a fact when it comes to bad news not give your opinion Especially when you don’t know exactly how far along I am.

No help. Not willing to listen, or make other suggestions. Referred me elsewhere or come back a different day; problem was emergent. Third time Ive had a life risking issue with this office. First was when you screwed up my IUD and I became pregnant while on chemo. The IUD turns are nearly ruptured my fetal sac upon removal. Second was while pregnant and taking high doses of lovenox, your provider ordered the wrong lab that would tell my platelet levels and prevent stroking out or killing my fetus. They treated me fine even though it seemed I was the only senior there and the only one that was not pregnant. Too funny!

The front desk receptionist was more busy on her phone ordering food and arguing with the restaurant then checking in patients and she didn’t have a mask on and when she put it on she pulled it down to her chin.
For this visit I was sitting right in front of receptionist desk who was not there when I walked in. I signed in and sat right in front in hopes she would realize a new person was in there and check me in. Nope no such luck. People that came I. After me was being checked in and going back before me. Doesn’t take much to say hey did u sign I. What ur name so I can make sure to check u in.
