Dr. Helen Mussmann is amazing and she makes me feel comfortable and understands me. The only negative thing to say is that in the new office you can hear through the walls and I could hear a doctor talking to another patient.

I love my doctor and I love that I get to see my baby on ultrasound with every visit. I'm very dissatisfied with the administration and front desk departments of heartland women's health. The communication to patients about changes in policy and schedule changes has been dreadful. On multiple occasions there have been decisions made that affect my appointment hours ahead of time but I'm told by the staff that my appointment has been canceled or that my husband isn't allowed at my appointment right before my appointment is sc... read more
