Professionalism
I did not have to wait to be services. The staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. Dr. Mayo explained everything, treat, diagnosis, his concerns, and encouraged followup. He is a good listener.and thorough Friendly and polite.
The team at Heartland Women’s Healthcare is outstanding. They are kind, understanding, and truly care. Dr. Skelly makes yearly visits bearable. She takes time to get to know her patients and answer any questions without feeling rushed. I would recommend Heartland Women’s Healthcare to anyone.

I have had the same doctor for 19 years and I have never had a problem. I do think your new offices are not as warm and welcoming as your old office. But overall it was a good visit.
