Dr. Boyd was fantastic and made my visit absolutely seamless. This was the first time I have ever had an exam done and she made me feel so comfortable, which I feel is really rare. She also made great conversation during my appointment and I genuinely look forward to seeing her again!
Dr. Smith was amazing, and was the first time with her. I consistently have a great experience with Dr. Mayo, and frequently request him. I would recommend better communication with the office staff though. I had an appointment due to miscarriage, and wasn't handling the situation well, The receptionist didn't know why I was there and the person who got all my information didn't know and the ultrasound tech didn't know. It was very hard to keep repeating myself, and made the situation harder for me,
Supporting Staff could be friendlier. Physician was very good and personable.
They were attentive and understanding.
Dr. Covlin , explains everything. will listen to any questions.
