Personnel group was fine but the 10:15 am appointment turned into 11:15 am. I understand this can happen because of an emergency, but I hope it’s not a regular event.
Dr. Carson is great. She was very professional and she took great care of me. I didn’t have a long wait. The MA was very nice. I feel much better.thank you

The check in process was very smooth and quick. I received papers to fill out, but was called in before my appointment time - which was great! I loved the multiple reminders of my appointment. The nurse was expedient and listened to me, so I was ready for the doctor. She was very kind as well. Dr. Mussmann is so reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She explains everything to me and asked good questions. She answered my questions as well. I am so glad she is my doctor and hope she is around for years to come.

Great atmosphere. Service is always fast and friendly. Everyone works with urgency to get all patients in and out and with a smile.
