I’ve enjoyed the midwives and doctors every time. However, I’m consistently disappointed by the receptionists lack of professionalism.

I absolutely love Dr. Helen and her husband Dr. Frank. I went to them before they merged with heartland and they are the only reason why I am still with them now.
The front desk staff is always nice and friendly but the providers aren’t the friendliest; especially considering the patient is having very personal procedures done. It would make the situation far more comfortable and relaxing if the providers were genuinely friendlier.
Dr Helen Mussemann is great!
