I really appreciated Hearts quick response to my request to help me when I was suddenly overwhelmed by ants, for the first time in the many years since I started using Hearts. It's an especially bad year for ants, with the heat and drought. Kyle is kind, efficient and smart when it comes to tackling unusual problems and I greatly appreciate that he uses the organic treatments I requested.

John checked with us prior to service regarding any specific issues we may be having, essentially none. He provided sticky traps for the occasional spider seen inside as well as gel trays for the occasional scout ants seen inside, particularly at this time of year. John provided all our pest control needs graciously, as have each Hearts Pest Management technician. Thank you.
