I have been using Hearts for over a year now and I have found them to be reliable and effective. Their techs as well as office staff are all knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. They took care of my pest problem, best of all in an organic eco-conscious way.

Appointment scheduled for 8:00. Rescheduled by Hearts to 10:00. Technician showed up at 12:10. Scheduled appointments are seldom on time. I’ve be a loyal customer for 10 years, but if service doesn’t improve I’ll be looking for a more customer oriented pest service! Service has been good, but scheduling is poor.
