Still don't get a heads up the day before you arrive. I can't plan on being home if I don't get a heads up. I asked this over 10 times. No fix yet. Your customer service is bad.

I thought cleaning spider webs was part of the service…after today’s service got home and webs everywhere on doors, windows and walls. First time this hasn’t happened.
