Appointment scheduled for 8:00. Rescheduled by Hearts to 10:00. Technician showed up at 12:10. Scheduled appointments are seldom on time. I’ve be a loyal customer for 10 years, but if service doesn’t improve I’ll be looking for a more customer oriented pest service! Service has been good, but scheduling is poor.

Still don't get a heads up the day before you arrive. I can't plan on being home if I don't get a heads up. I asked this over 10 times. No fix yet. Your customer service is bad.

The great thing about Heart’s Pest Management is that it works. The other good thing is that the people who come are always pleasant, competent, and great to work with.
