Heartwood provided everything in their bid and still exceeded my expectations. The trees look great and the grounds were clean after they finished. I felt that the amount of effort they put in was well worth the cost. I'm looking forward to next year so that I can get them in to trim before the blooms and fruit setting.

So glad that we found Heartwood Tree! The guys who come out to do the work are knowledgeable and know exactly what work needs to be done based on the estimate given to the homeowner. They understand what is best for the health of your trees. The owner and office staff are great to work with. We have used them for tree pruning for a couple of years and couldnt be happier.
I have used Heartwood for a number of years, and they have always done a nice job planting and maintaining my trees. They are easy to get in touch with, show up when scheduled, do the requested work, and then clean up at the end. I'll continue to use Heartwood in the future.

He also provided additional information about tree maintenance that we can use in the future. **** and his crew arrived on time and did a great job removing a dead pine tree and trimming a silk oak. They were fast, friendly and efficient and very attentive to the safety of the neighborhood. They did a complete clean up and left no trace that they had ever been there. We would highly recommend Heartwood.

I have used Heartwood Tree Care for about 10 years. Workers have consistently been on time, and do a great job and clean up. The office staff is very efficient and polite. I trust them completely with my tree care.
They showed up on time, introduced themselves and after reviewing what I wanted they got to work. They removed a very tall branch that I'd asked my previous arborist to remove and they did a great job overall on shaping and slightly thinning my shoestring acacia and 3 bottle trees. Cleanup was great too. I took off one star only because since they didn't actually climb the trees, many small, dead branches and most of the bottle tree pods were left.
