Company was very professional. I asked if they could squeeze my job in a littler earlier because a timeline. They accommodated. When they came, they truly delivered. Crew communicated with me on site and job was done quick and neatly. Great work Heartwood.

They were super awesome and super friendly! The tree was leaning towards the house and they made it fall in the road.
We bought our house three years ago. There were several mature trees on the property, and we've since planted several more. I'm a willing DIYer, but I started doubting my ability to properly care for the trees and wanted some help to make sure I didn't screw it up (don't underestimate the value of trees!). The crew showed up right on time, and were nice, professional, and helpful. They explained what they were going to do (cutting down a large dead tree) and then got to work. They were very fast, and the job happened without any incident. They cleaned up the mess that was made and were on their way. All of this for a great price. Not sure what else I could possibly ask for.
Heartwood has been to our home to major trimming. They just removed a 20 foot diseased Saguaro and did a fabulous job. It was right against our house and they were able to remove it with no damage to our house or wall. They are the best company I have ever had at my home.
Very professional crew, performed the agreed upon work and made suggestions while the work was in progress to maintain the health of my trees. Will definitely use them again.
The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were very courteous. The young man who climbed up in the tree to do the cutting was very good. I was impressed. The clean-up crew were helpful, especially the one guy who saw the garbage truck coming & promptly moved my garbage container from behind their truck so the garbage could be collected. That was a nice touch. I used them last year, so called them to trim the tree again this year. Will use them again next year.
