What a huge waste of time. Howard visited my home to discuss a disease or fungus that had and was killing several trees on my property. Our initial meeting was great and he seemed confident we'd find a solution. He asked me to send soil samples to a lab, send him the results and then we'd get together again to review and make a plan. Not sure why, but they do not want to remove a volunteer Mulberry tree in my 2k+ sqft gardens that I have spent 143 year making. I waited a week and never got an estimate from Dakota. This company has removed a few of my very large trees, not sure why they ghosted me on this one. I called another reputable cooperator and they were happy to remove my weed tree. I'll never hire this company again.
The owner of the gold Prius with a Hardwood Tree Care sticker on the sides drives like a complete asshole and put my family including my toddler in danger from being recklessly tailgated in my family car. The owner (if it wasn't him driving) should be embarrassed and ashamed of acting like a fucking child while driving.
