RecommendedI had purchased a pair of hearing aids about three years ago and recently discovered there were not holding a charge. I visited my local HEARUSA location for help. the audiologist, Julie St. Vrain told me they were still under warranty and she would order replacements. When they arrived, Julie very patiently made sure they were working properly and fitted me perfectly. Very couteous and friendly service.

RecommendedI went to HearUSA on Friday 10/31/2025 because my hearing aids which I purchased there, were not functioning. As usual, Danielle was prompt, professional. patient and made me feel like I was her only patient. Problem was resolved and I received an education as well. She is wonderful and goes beyond the expected customer service.
