RecommendedI was having trouble with hearing words clearly and it had nothing to do with volume. I saw Sandra Kilpatrick at the Ocala, Fl. office. She addressed the issue and solved the problem in short order. In addition, I was taken in at my appointed time - no long "waites" in the office. So far, I have been pleased dealing with Hear USA.
