RecommendedI recently needed a tip replaced on one of my aids. I called and spoke with Alexa about it and she advised me to stop in the Tawas Office this week any day before Noon and she would fix it for me. I stopped on 10-21-25 around 11:30 AM on my way back from AuGres. It only took 5 minutes and Alexa had it fixed. It’s hard to beat service like that!
