We cooked 60 lbs of tri tip for her wedding and everyone gave us many compliments. It had just the right amount of Pepper not to over power the flavor. It was a success!!!

It helps create an excellent bark no shoulders and butts, thus providing an outstanding taste. This combination of rubs is also outstanding for ribs and pork loins. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed!
