The best flavor, savory with a little kick This is my go to run for chicken now. I even use it to season my chicken in chicken curry because it has the butter, garlic, and pepper that I need. this large package is perfect, I just add it to an old spice jar and season away!
Very nice results I don't understand some of the low reviews. I've been barbecuing for a little better than 60 years. I've made my own rubs & had rave reviews. Well, I ran out & a friend suggested Heath Riles. I've only put it on chicken wings so far & they were fantastic. I brine the wings in salt Waterford 6 hours, rinsed & patted dry then used lots of rub. Goooood juju!!!!

It’s a flavor that lends itself to creative cooking… not too strong or over-powering. The blend of flavors (exactly what it says it is!) is smooth and not dominating!
